Setup

Connect in 3 clicks.

  1. In PipelineIQ: Settings → Integrations → Square → Connect. You'll be redirected to Square's OAuth consent screen.
  2. Authorize the read scopes for customers, payments, and appointments. PipelineIQ never gets write access to your Square account — strictly read-only.
  3. Pick what auto-fires: in Reviews → Settings, choose which Square events trigger a review request (payment, appointment completion, or both).
  4. Backfill (optional): import the last 90 days of Square customers in one click so historical regulars land in the CRM and get visit-count tagging.
  5. Test fire: run a $1 test charge in Square — the review SMS hits within 60 seconds.
Pricing & billing

Square integration is included with the base CRM — no per-event fees. SMS sends use your Twilio account (Twilio bills directly, ~$0.0075/segment). Square's API access is part of their standard merchant subscription.
