Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start. If it doesn't fit, walk away — you keep your data either way.

How does annual billing save me money?

Pay the year upfront and you lock in a flat per-month discount on the three operator-tier plans. Solo and Plus drop $10/mo each — $49/mo and $79/mo billed annually, total $588/yr and $948/yr. Starter drops $15/seat/mo to $85/seat/mo, $1,020/seat/yr. One invoice, one payment, no surprise renewals — and the discount applies the moment you switch. The volume tiers (Growth and Scale) are already priced for scale and don't carry an additional annual discount; they stay billed monthly. Cancel mid-year on any plan and we prorate back to the monthly rate for the months you used.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Absolutely. PipelineIQ supports CSV, Excel (.xlsx), and JSON imports. Most teams are fully migrated in under 10 minutes. Pick your industry on signup and PipelineIQ scaffolds the pipeline stages and terminology to match.

How does per-seat pricing work as I grow?

Pricing snaps to the tier that matches your seat count. Starter is $99/seat for 1–19 seats, Growth is $85/seat for 20–59, Scale is $75/seat for 60+. Add seats anytime and your per-seat rate adjusts automatically.

Do I need the marketing add-ons?

No. The CRM is complete on its own. Add Agent Marketing if individual reps want social tooling, or the Company Marketing Hub if you want a separate workspace for your marketing team. Both are optional and can be added or removed any month.
