Quo connects to PipelineIQ in about a minute. Click any number to dial, watch the contact's full record open the moment a call comes in, and let every recording, duration, and disposition land on the timeline without anyone touching a note field.
When a CRM contact calls your Quo number, PipelineIQ auto-opens the contact detail page — name, company, deal stage, open quotes, recent activity. You answer informed, not cold.
Admins assign each Quo phone number to a specific agent. Calls to rep A's number screen-pop on rep A's CRM tab only — not the whole team. Each rep gets their own line, and only their line.
Date, duration, direction, and a link to Quo's recording — written to the contact's activity timeline automatically. No more "did we ever follow up?" because the call is already on the record.
Click any phone number anywhere in the CRM and the call places through Quo. No copy-paste into another app. No manual logging on the back end.
Quo's AI receptionist Sona catches missed and after-hours calls, takes a message, qualifies the lead. The transcript and summary land in your PipelineIQ inbox — ready for follow-up the next morning.
Settings → Phone System (Quo) → Quick Setup Wizard. Paste your API key, grant permission, assign numbers to reps. The integration starts firing screen pops the next inbound call.
PipelineIQ uses your Quo API key to read call data and push screen-pop notifications. We never write to Quo's billing, never own the recordings, never proxy the audio. Quo stays the system of record for telephony — PipelineIQ stays the system of record for the relationship.
| Event in Quo | What PipelineIQ does |
|---|---|
| Inbound call ringing | Match caller ID to a contact, fire screen pop on the assigned agent's tab. |
| Call completed | Append a timeline entry: date, duration, direction, recording link. |
| Voicemail / Sona summary | Land message and AI-generated summary on the contact's timeline. |
| Click-to-dial from CRM | Place outbound call through the agent's assigned Quo line. |
| New phone number assigned | Admin maps the number to an agent in PipelineIQ; routing rules update. |
Inside PipelineIQ, go to Settings → Phone System (Quo) → Quick Setup Wizard. The wizard handles the rest of the connection in-app.
Generate the key in your Quo workspace settings, paste it into the wizard, and PipelineIQ verifies the connection live before saving anything.
Approve PipelineIQ's read access to call records, recordings, and number assignments. We only request what's needed to log calls and route screen pops.
Map each Quo phone number to a specific PipelineIQ user. Calls to that number screen-pop on that user only. You can change assignments any time from the same screen.
Quo charges directly to your account — PipelineIQ does not mark up or pass through telecom costs. A typical Quo Business plan runs about $35 per user per month and includes one phone number per user, with additional numbers around $5 per month each. You manage that relationship in the Quo dashboard.
On our side, PipelineIQ uses your Quo API key to read call data and fire screen-pop notifications. We never modify Quo billing, never store your card, and never proxy audio. If you cancel PipelineIQ tomorrow, your Quo account keeps working exactly as it does today.
"The phone used to be a black box. Now I see who's calling before I pick up, the call logs itself, and Sona handles the after-hours leads we used to lose. Quo plus PipelineIQ replaced our old VoIP plus our call-tracking spreadsheet."
