Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. PipelineIQ supports CSV, Excel (.xlsx), and JSON imports with automatic field mapping. Most teams are fully migrated in under 10 minutes. We also support ongoing sync with HubSpot.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is fully isolated — no co-mingling. We use scrypt password hashing, rate-limited authentication, and session-based access control. Your data is yours and never used to train AI models.
